Alternately, we can evolve your current design - polish the rough edges, improve the usability, etc. and then convert it to a Drupal theme.

A website is best designed interactively - because things look different as a Photoshop layout from the real thing in a browser. Add to that, the fact that a Photoshop screenshot is hardly interactive.

What we do is design on Drupal - that is evolve the theme almost as we design on an image manipulation program. This also means that we are not too keen to take up design as a stand-alone exercise.
